I was really wondering if I make the right choice by going over to Marketing Department.
It is not that I am regretting, though the job scope is tougher, much more tedious then I expected.
But could say that I really enjoy learning new thing.
Thought handing over was an easy task, but didnt expect my colleague who took over from me, take things for granted, could asked me very silly questions, upon answering her, she want it her way..
SO what is the Point in asking me if she wants to do it her way...
What really pissed me off is that whatever I handed over to her are all in order which she could have easily find the documents. She messed it and told my boss that I did not inform her when handing over and it is already in a mess when she opened the cabinet.
Well...
Those who sit near to me know that I like to keep my document in proper.
So how can it be in a mess????!!!!
She claimed that customer complained about me, saying that I acknowledged the orders that customer had send via e-mail and claimed that the customer sounded very nasty.
I asked her to give me the PO number, she gave me 2 PO numbers...
Alright, since she said I overlooked, of course I panicked...
I looked for the missing order high & low inside the cabinet, search through the system and scan through every email...
I found one order which had already been delivered in Sep.
Could not find the 2nd PO and noticed one digit is missing from the PO.
I confirmed with her, and asked..
Arh...
Can you pls help to check again? I think one digit is missing from this PO.
She shouted : WHAT, IMPOSSIBLE, I COPIED FROM THE SYSTEM & CUSTOMER EMAIL, IMPOSSIBLE WRONG PO NO.
.....SHOCKED.....
Looking at her for a while and I walked off...
she complained to my boss...
In the mean time, I guessed she quickly checked the system and added in another no. in the piece of paper she gave it to me.
And she claimed that it is still the correct PO that she had previously gave it to me...
But it was obvious that she squeezed that no. in and she said her writing is like that.
What to say.... ???? nothing loh....
Despite having the correct PO, I was still unable to trace that PO...
So I asked her again, since you said customer claimed that I had acknowledged that PO, can you asked her to send back that acknowledgement to us... so that I can traced...
With my boss standing beside me, then she say actually the re-schedule show
"Cargo is overdue" Pls shipped ASAP...
She really get onto my nerve.
I told her, you should have said it earlier, so the buyer did not call right???
She still insisted that the buyer called.
ME: This is really common what, every week re-schedule will definitely show "Cargo is overdue" "Pls ship ASAP"
What you have to do is to trace the order and if it is shipped, just state "ship" or if it does not exist in the system, and you confirmed that you didnt receive, just state "NO SUCH PO" and customer will re-send a PO to you.
And that is what my boss say as well...
I am so busy learning and accepting new role, but yet I got to do all those shitty stuffs that she can't handle....
So why not let me have her pay, and I will be most willing to do it.
I cant take it le, Danny happen to call me...
my tears just dropped..
Wanted to tender my resignation, but was held back by Cat & Tommy...
Was really in a lousy mood, really not in the mood to learn as well.
Just waiting to go home early.
I was hiding inside myself bedroom.. just dunno what to do, seem so lost...
Danny called again to meet up with me at Sun Plaza...
Yah, he knew that I was very moody that why he wanted to accompany me...
Though he is in DOVER which is very near to his home, he came all the way down to Sembawang.... and I knew he was already very tired.
