Running like a mad dog, going around asking them to approve...

Imagine...
Just only a Sales revised need to issue 3 different forms and 8 persons for approval..
So TEDIOUS rite....
Calling here & there just to get thier approval..
Then still have to rush before the batching time...
And that stupid phone keep ringing...
That stupid TEO/buyer keep calling and ask what time we are sending...
No point pressing me for answer what.
The more you press me the more I cant get thing done...

Could hardly breath ...
I pluck out the phone line.

I don't even have the time to have a slip of water or even visit the toilet loh, still got to hold back till Lunch....

Can't he give me time to settle it as promised...
Hate him to the core...

I had already sales out in MAY. U dunno how to see izzit...
Anyway, I already sales out, IT'S NONE OF MY BUSINESS....

Since none of business, nvm loh, I go and look for cargo myself...

Sharon: What, U want to Quarrel with me!!!!

ME: No what, you already say is "NOne of your biz, then I say "ok loh".

Sharon just hang out my call...
& she called to complaint to my boss saying that I do not how to use the system and that I was very rude to her.

But who is RUDE to who in the first place.

Well, she got nothing to say, not even a "SORRY"

Buyer/ Teo called ... ...

TEO: Why you didn t arrange for the cargo to be shipped out??

ME: I did arrange yesterday, but your receiving side, reject out cargo...

TEO: Y...

ME: They claimed that your AV parts had been mixed up with the FK parts.

TEO: Yah, I thought I told you before that FK parts had to be separted.

ME: Yes, I know, And I had told you that if you insisted on moving the FK parts, your current commited delivery date will be not the same as commited and whatmore some of your FK parts are due soon.

TEO: Haizz... I DUN CARE...
YOU BETTER GET IT DONE BY TODAY.

ME: I can't possible get it done by today.
I need to submit 3 approvals forms to have the stocks to be release again...
I hope you can understand, I had already say before, to release a reject cargo take time.
And you all insisted to reject. Now you blame me for not delivering the parts to you.

TEO: THEN???

ME: Haizz, whatever you say.
I got nothing to say. No matter what I say you always think you r rite.

TEO: OF COURSE lah, I am the CUSTOMER...

Tai Joo: I can't find the cargo that you want to deliver tomorrow leh..

ME: HUH??? Die liao, I comitted delivery tomorrow liao..

Tai Joo: You got do SALE REVISED and DELIVERED OUT but din update system a not.

... ... Pushing the blames to me loh... Very Clever of him

ME: No, Impossible, If delivered out, There will be a "DO" and system will show "DELIVERED"
But not "DO" found and system still show stock available.

Tai Joo: But I cant find, how???

ME: ok, tell you what, you help me delete this pick-note, and I try to borrow stock from other customer..

TaiJoo: Delete for what?

ME: You can't find, U don't want delete then I find a solution and you don't want follow and insist that you can't find...
You go and checked this REf no.. is you who click approved one.
And now you say the cargo gone missing...
